Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, driving financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial health. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function to drive business performance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial partners.
• Ensure effective internal controls and financial risk management.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
