Role Overview:

The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the group’s daily operations, optimizing business processes and ensuring sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with deep industry expertise and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s operations, including supply chain, logistics, sales, and customer service.
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor department heads to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, procurement and logistics teams.
• Optimize inventory management and supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, dealers and stakeholders.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding market reach.
• Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance business processes and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Monitor business performance and present regular reports to the board.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15-30 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably in the building materials industry.
• Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale operations and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exposure to supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive business environment
• Excellent man-management & inter-personal skills
