Seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Operations Support Team member. In this dynamic role, you will multitask and engage with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and serving as a key point of contact. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating Branch Tasks, ensuring timely responses and approvals.
Supporting key defence stakeholders in the coordination and management of Business Operations Support.
Assisting in the coordination and management of activities.
Recommending and implementing actions to meet business objectives and providing guidance on complex issues.
Managing workflow and resources, preparing work area and team plans with measurable milestones.
Planning and managing visit schedules for official events, including high-profile visits.
Business Administration and Coordination Experience
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to Manage Multiple Competing Priorities
