About the Role:
In this position, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between technical capabilities and go-to-market strategies, focusing on leveraging artificial intelligence and technical SEO to drive growth. Your responsibilities will include developing AI-driven automation solutions to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and content optimization. You will implement technical SEO best practices to maximize organic search visibility and optimize SaaS onboarding processes to support product-led growth initiatives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, you will utilize AI tools to improve efficiency across various go-to-market functions. This position requires a unique blend of engineering expertise, marketing automation experience, and a deep understanding of AI technologies to effectively drive growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Automation in GTM
Leverage AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI) to optimize go-to-market workflows.
Automate customer segmentation, lead scoring, and personalized outreach using AI.
Implement AI-driven chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics for enhanced customer engagement.
Utilize AI-based text-to-video or text-to-image tools for dynamic content creation.
Analyze and refine AI-generated marketing and sales materials.
Technical SEO & Web Performance Optimization
Implement structured data (e.g., JSON-LD, schema markup) to improve search engine visibility.
Optimize website architecture for crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and indexing.
Develop scripts to automate SEO audits and keyword tracking.
Use AI tools to generate and optimize metadata, FAQs, and long-form content.
Sales & Marketing Automation
Develop AI-powered email outreach and chatbot-based customer interactions.
Create and refine workflows for lead nurturing, attribution modeling, and lifecycle automation.
Automate content distribution and A/B testing using AI-powered tools.
Data & Analytics
Establish AI-driven data pipelines to predict customer behavior and enhance conversion rates.
Implement tracking mechanisms for go-to-market performance analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment).
Utilize AI to analyze customer interactions, retention trends, and churn predictions.
Requirements:
AI & Technical Skills
3-5+ years of experience in go-to-market, sales engineering, growth engineering, or AI-powered automation within a SaaS environment.
Proficiency in AI tools such as Clay, Cursor, OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Vertex AI.
Familiarity with machine learning-based marketing tools, chatbots, or AI-driven customer engagement platforms.
Experience with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs for automation and data extraction.
Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience implementing structured data (e.g., JSON-LD), XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and page speed optimizations.
Business & Growth Acumen
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, product-led growth, and AI-powered customer acquisition strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively across marketing, sales, and product teams.
