Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer located in Mumbai. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, Forex management, accounting and Taxation, preparing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to drive strategic financial decisions.

• Forex management & Currency Hedging experience must.
• Bank managment & Debt raising
• Cashlow Fund management
• Debt and Equity Fund raising
• M&A handling
• Accounting , Taxation and Compliances
• Global taxation and Costing
• manufacturing Cost management
• ERP implementation for manufafturing and exports.
• Investments and porfolio managemnt of group.
• knowledge of Legal and corprate law prefered

Minimum experience :

• Minimum 5 years of Independent charge as Head Financial & Taxation only apply
• CA / MBA Finance / CFA only.
• Candidate must have worked in Manufacturing And export Organisation.
• Knowledge of ERP is a must
• Worked in Polymer manufacturing added advantage.

Qualifications

• CA / MBA finance / CFA must
• Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
• Banking and Forex management
• Financial Statements and Financial Reporting expertise
• Strong background in Finance
• Experience in working with Fortune 500 companies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• knowledge of Corporate law prefered.
