Chief Financial Officer

CFO – Non-Profit Industry – up to $190K base

Roessel Joy has partnered with a long-standing, local non-profit located in Boston, MA who is seeking to bring on a CFO to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with 3+ years in a CFO seat and has strong 3rd party billing oversight experience.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Management and oversight of accounting, finance, IT, and facilities function
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Manage complex funding strategies
• Serve as a lead for grant bidding and grant budgeting
• Presentations of financials to the Board
• Oversee third party billing and insurance contracting
• Uniform Financial Reporting

Qualifications of the role:

• 3+ years in a CFO seat, 10+ years accounting and finance experience
• Small company, hands on finance and accounting experience
• Healthcare, non-profit, or higher-ed industry experience
• BS degree required, MSA and CPA preferred
