About The Role
CoreWeave is undergoing significant expansion, building upon its incredible growth in 2024. We are establishing a dedicated Revenue Operations function in Europe to drive our continued success for 2025 and beyond. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue operations and harmonizing Go-To-Market strategies specifically for the European market. You will work closely with our Head of Revenue Operations and our Director of EMEA Market Expansion to lead critical, cross-functional projects across various departments, focusing on growing European sales and sales development and working closely with marketing, capacity, and operations teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to directly influence CoreWeave's growth initiatives and go-to-market strategies within the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
- Manage sales and revenue data across GTM systems, ensuring collection, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Support EMEA reps and managers for accurate pipeline information.
- Maintaining tight alignment between the U.S. and European sales teams ensures everyone works under the same framework and processes.
- Identify areas where market dynamics, regulatory standards, and customer needs require a separate motion and work to implement the corresponding process(es).
- Analyze and advise on improvements in the pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity.
- Partner with our Director of Market Expansion in EMEA to build and activate action plans for tapping into the European market potential.
- Triage and execute ad hoc reporting requests from cross-functional business partners in FP&A, Revenue Accounting, and other departments.
- Develop and optimize sales motions and processes for all Sales reps (SDR, AE, AM, etc.) within the EMEA region to increase sales productivity and over-attainment against goal.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS or Cloud provider, with experience in the European market preferred.
- Ability to translate sales needs into systems requirements and ideal sales programs.
- Proficient understanding of utilizing a clearly defined and replicable process, emphasizing prioritization and a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of leveraging Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distil complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
- Scrappiness when scoping, sizing, and fulfilling large and small requests, balancing efficiency and quality
- Customer-oriented mindset who works productively with a wide range of people/personalities and has an aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration, particularly
- Sales-minded and experienced in all phases of sales and business development lifecycles
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, data, and solutions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies, with experience
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience with analyses in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Experience with Mosaic, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI Tools.
The salary for this position ranges from £45,000 to £55,000, plus bonus and competitive benefits. Pay is based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Location: This is a hybrid position from our London office.
