What You'll Be Doing

  • Intragroup Outsourcing Due Dilligence & Monitoring: Assist in conducting due diligence on our intra-group outsourcing partners and periodically monitor outsourcing activities and related Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Contract management and invoice processing: provide administrative support to the team regarding contract and invoice management
  • Business Support: Provide support for external & internal events or business requirements.
  • Workspace Management: Oversee space planning and rental handling. Maintain office environment, assets and facilities.
  • Office Management: Manage office welfare, local festival events and connections, and daily office operation support. Foster employee connection and engagement.
  • Administration support: Provide administration support to the team as needed


What We Look For In You

  • 5-8 years of experience in administrative or team coordinator roles
  • Strong understanding of office operations, document management, procurement, budget control, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise work, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Friendly, proactive, and professional approach
  • Proven ability to work at speed with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in travel logistics and event management.
