Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • Support the RMA Services Supply Chain Team in various tasks across the RMA supply chain.
  • Monitor global active maintenance contracts and ensure sufficient replacement supply is stocked globally for seamless customer replacement experiences.
  • Assist customers in returning materials and participate in customer experience improvement initiatives driven by data monitoring and analysis.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate demand/supply management for customer maintenance needs, business processes, and delivery of products and services in compliance with client policy and country regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement to manage costs, new customer maintenance readiness, and adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment.
  • Lead and work with cross-functional teams to create and implement plans that enable the execution of business strategies.
  • Participate in the process by which demand signals are developed, validated for alignment with transition plans, supply constraints identified, and an executable plan defined that meets financial and market share goals.
  • Manage business execution processes related to lifecycle planning, order fulfillment management, logistics management, and inventory management.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop, track, and manage business metrics for the organization, including customer contract availability, service levels, on-time delivery, supply chain costs, and inventory.

  • Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.
  • Acts as team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts.
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function.
