Chief Financial Officer

Echo Search Group has been retained by a growing family owned community bank to identify a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer. This position will lead the banks financial strategy, enterprise risk management, operations and chair the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO). As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, compliance, and enterprise risk, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Masters degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA) preferred
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, with demonstrated success in banking or financial services, including an emphasis in areas of accounting, investments, liquidity management, interest rate management, leadership, and management functions
• Experience facilitating change and innovation in a $1B+ community bank and balancing the need for change with preservation of culture and focusing on the achievement of long-term goals.
• Extensive knowledge of the Bank balance sheet management and demonstrated financial acumen
