Role Description
**Job Overview:**
BNTV is seeking an experienced CFO to lead our financial strategy and operations. The CFO will drive budgeting, forecasting, and risk management while ensuring rigorous compliance with SEC regulations in preparation for a future IPO. This role demands a proven financial leader with a strong track record in regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, including SEC filings and compliance
- Manage investor relations and financial communications
- Monitor and manage cash flow, financial performance, and risk management
- Collaborate with executive team to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with proven success in regulatory compliance and strategic planning
- Strong understanding of SEC regulations and experience in preparing for IPOs
