Key Accountabilities: In this 12-month Fixed-Term, Part-Time Contract, you will:
Track sales data and optimise processes for international orders.
Coordinate sales materials and manage batch processing for international orders.
Handle international order processing and export documentation.
Communicate with distributors, wholesalers, and customers regarding order fulfillment.
Order and distribute samples, providing customer service support and managing complaints.
About you: To be considered for this position, you should:
Fluent in Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent time management and initiative.
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and plan and organise tasks.
Cultural sensitivity and problem resolution skills.
