Key Accountabilities:
In this 12-month Fixed-Term, Part-Time Contract, you will:

• Track sales data and optimise processes for international orders.
  
• Coordinate sales materials and manage batch processing for international orders.
  
• Handle international order processing and export documentation.
  
• Communicate with distributors, wholesalers, and customers regarding order fulfillment.
  
• Order and distribute samples, providing customer service support and managing complaints.
  
  

About you:
To be considered for this position, you should:

• Fluent in Mandarin.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  
• Excellent time management and initiative.
  
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively and plan and organise tasks.
