The Role

As a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead, you will play a critical role in optimising our commercial engine and enabling scalable growth. Sitting within the Strategy & Go-to-Market team, you will be the operational backbone behind our sales, marketing and customer success efforts—owning the systems, processes, and data that drive efficiency and insight.


You will be responsible for managing and evolving our tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism and more), ensuring seamless integration across tools, streamlining workflows, redesigning sales process, and surfacing the insights needed to improve decision-making and performance across the GTM organisation.


This is a high-impact role with visibility across leadership, ideal for someone who is both technically hands-on and strategically minded.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to streamline processes, improve funnel visibility, and reduce operational friction
  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements, e.g., account scoring, sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, data governance
  • Serve as the strategic partner to GTM stakeholders for reporting and analytics, surfacing actionable insights and driving adoption of dashboards and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Product, Strategy and Finance to align revenue operations with broader company priorities and growth goals
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and promote best practices in usage and maintenance
  • Own and optimise our GTM tech stack (including Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism), ensuring tools are fully leveraged and aligned with business goals
  • Identify and implement new tools or automation opportunities to drive efficiency and scale across our sales teams
  • Support go-to-market strategy execution through operational planning and performance tracking


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce and GTM tools such as Salesloft and Cognism (or equivalents)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
  • Systems thinker who can simplify complexity and improve scalability through automation and process design
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar GTM operational role
  • Demonstrated success in owning and optimising Salesforce and other core GTM tools
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve sales efficiency or revenue performance
  • Background in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environments
  • Familiarity with BI tools and data analysis (e.g., Looker)
  • Bonus: experience launching new systems or driving change management across commercial teams
