Building Finance teams for PE-backed and Corporate businesses

Phipps Cameron are currently partnered with a leading PE-backed Management Consultancy looking to hire a new permanent Chief Financial Officer.


This is an exciting opportunity to support the business in preparation for an upcoming liquidity event.


Required experience:

  • Background in the management consulting industry
  • Experience working in private equity backed environments going through M&A acquisitions.
  • Demonstrable experience in equity and/or debt raising.
  • Previous experience helping a business prepare for an exit or sale event.
  • Exposure to CMap or similar software would be highly desirable.


London (hybrid office hours)


Salary £150,000 - £200,000 base salary + bonus + equity.
