Dominus is doubling its £2.5bn asset portfolio and needs a world-class Chief Financial Officer to work alongside the Senior Leadership team. This is a phenomenal opportunity to work at the heart of one of the UK’s most ambitious real estate firms, with a market-leading remuneration package and LTIP scheme. This role is about being front and centre within the business -unlocking capital, driving growth, and shaping the future.

 

The role


  • Own strategy, investment decisions and funding to scale a multi-billion pound business.
  • Work directly with the CEO and Chairman to take decisions on and implement the investment strategy.
  • C-suite level understanding and experience of balancing debt, equity and development finance with precision.
