Seeking a seasoned CFO with expertise in both finance and accounting within the insurance industry.

As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee financial operations as well as drive financial strategy for long term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the company's financial strategy, driving sustainable growth and profitability.

Oversee both accounting and finance functions, ensuring robust financial controls.

Develop and implement financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Ensure full regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.

Manage capital, risk, and investment strategies to support long-term objectives.

Establish financial systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency.

Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to make high-impact business decisions.



What We Are Looking For:

Extensive experience in both finance and accounting within the insurance industry.

Deep knowledge of insurance regulations, financial reporting, and risk management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something new from the ground up.

Strong preference for those based in California or open to relocation

Salary: up to $300k with bonus / equity incentives
