Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead and drive our sales strategy, focusing on corporate tie-ups and subscription plan sales. The CSO will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, expanding market reach, and establishing strong relationships with NBFCs, insurance brokers, universities, school ERPs, and other corporate entities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a highly effective sales team.
  • Identify and establish strategic corporate partnerships with NBFCs, insurance brokers, universities, and school ERPs.
  • Drive the sales of corporate wellness subscription plans to businesses.
  • Develop strong B2B relationships and foster long-term client engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to position Ace Medicare effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and optimize strategies for higher conversions.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking forums.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in corporate wellness, healthcare, insurance, or B2B sales.
  • Strong track record in closing high-value corporate deals and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
