What you'll do

• Support process management tools and help optimize internal workflows
• Coordinate cross-team processes and ensure smooth collaboration
• Document and improve key business operations
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions
• Jump into other areas based on your strengths and interests

What you bring

• You study business, management, organizational development—or something similar
• You’re curious about project and process management in tech-driven environments
• You are proficient or enjoy learning new tools (especially Atlassian: Jira, Confluence)
• You communicate confidently in German and English
• You're proactive, independent, and love contributing your own ideas
