Associate's degree in business or a related field

Intermediate to advanced excel skills

Experience in JDE, Oracle, SAP or an equivalent ERP system.

Job Description *

Insight Global is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support their customer in Bradenton, FL. This person will be responsible for assisting in support tasks for the sales team to resolve issues from a sale operations perspective. They will be documenting sales workflows and communicating changes to the respective teams, interacting with the sales channel to ensure positive customer experience and resolving channel concerns by providing solutions and alternatives to the sales team. This person will also serve as the point of contact for account onboarding, and refining customer data.
