Job Description: Salesforce CPQ & CLM Configuration Specialist

Location : NJ onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Configuration Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for our sales and legal teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce CPQ and CLM to streamline quoting, pricing, and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce CPQ Configuration

• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to support product bundling, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote generation.
• Design and maintain product catalogs, price books, and discount schedules.
• Implement advanced approval workflows for quotes, contracts, and pricing exceptions.
• Develop and optimize quote templates to improve sales efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
  
  

Salesforce CLM Configuration

• Configure Salesforce CLM to automate contract creation, negotiation, approval, and execution.
• Set up contract templates, clause libraries, and dynamic document generation.
• Implement e-signature integrations (DocuSign, Adobe Sign, etc.).
• Design approval workflows and compliance tracking for contracts.
• Ensure seamless integration between CLM and CPQ for end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
  
  

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Salesforce CPQ & CLM with ERP, billing systems, and CRM.
• Automate business processes using Flow, Process Builder, and Apex (as needed).
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  
  

User Training & Support

• Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for CPQ & CLM-related issues.
• Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ & CLM releases and recommend enhancements.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) and CLM configuration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related functionalities.
• Proficiency in product rules, pricing methods, contract templates, and approval processes.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow is a plus.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or CLM certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
