Our client is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background within business strategy, operational management, and data analytics solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • The ability to interpret and communicate significant patterns in data to help business stakeholders make informed decisions and improve performance.
  • Conduct thorough business process oversight, analysis, and design and implement processes to optimize performance, meet business needs and follow standards.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Understand various operational processes and best practices. Examine current workflow and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Create and refine policies and procedures to support business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Lead and/or provide support for multiple concurrent (process improvement) projects, defining scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring project deliverables align with organizational goals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business consulting, operations management, product implementation, customer support or a similar role.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and skilled professional with a passion for supporting quality improvement solutions.
  • Should have a consultative mindset focusing on understanding the business/customer needs and challenges to offer tailored, strategic solutions and building long-term relationships.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data.
  • Experience working within a Healthcare organization would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.


The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is ($70-80/hr). Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. A range of medical, dental, retirement and/or other benefits are available after a waiting period.
