Business Operations Lead

East Midlands

We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to drive process efficiency, service excellence, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Oversee service delivery & process management, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards are met
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks
  • Lead a high-performing team, managing recruitment, coaching, and development
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement with clear communication and collaboration
  • Manage workforce planning to meet business commitments

What You Bring

  • Experience in operations & customer-driven processes
  • Strong problem-solving & leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role, ideally in an FCA-regulated environment
