Job Description

Drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution. Leverages technology solutions, system enhancements and process reengineering to streamline and improve operational efficiency. Develops and applies data-driven metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness at the business, regional and ground level. Provides function-specific and / or cross-functional support to enhance business operations effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Business Operations support across organizational units and / or for large integrated processes or functions.
  • Works collaboratively with business partners to identify change targets, formulate analytical / change management plans and build improvement recommendations; target areas may include: Engineering & Product Development, Sales, Marketing or other business operations, Information systems, Supply chain, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or other Finance operations, Vendor / supplier management, Customer experience.
  • Works on complex business problems that may include multiple functions and / or diverse technologies.
  • Ensures business models and processes are analyzed from multiple aspects, including inputs, outputs, and user and customer experience.
  • Engages with process owners / stakeholders to develop change recommendations, design testing strategies, and evaluate effectiveness of recommended approaches.
  • Supports process implementation through education, training, or facilitation.
  • Follows up to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.


Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Operations.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
