Job Description

We are looking for a Go-to-Market & Enablement Associate. Our team’s mission is to build and deploy strategies to drive and train our local teams to provide best-in-class guidance to our Artists & Labels to build and optimize their release and catalog strategies.

As Go-to-Market & Enablement Associate, you will drive the adoption of our services, products, and processes by designing go-to-market strategies, delivering training programs, and leading cross-functional projects that impact our local teams. Your work will ensure teams have the knowledge and tools to best support clients in their release strategies.

Your Mission Will Include

Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure the successful adoption of our services, products, and processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Gather insights from local teams to refine strategies and optimize adoption.
  
  

Training & Enablement

• Design and deploy training strategies for local teams, ensuring they have the best-in-class expertise to guide Artists & Labels effectively.
• Develop training materials (e.g., presentations, articles, e-learning modules) tailored to different teams and regional needs.
• Conduct training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
• Continuously measure the impact of training programs and iterate to enhance effectiveness.
  
  

Project Management & Operational Excellence

• Lead and coordinate projects that impact local teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between central and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Track and report on KPIs related to go-to-market initiatives and training programs.
  
  

Qualifications

• You are a strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
• You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• You have experience working in an international environment, collaborating with diverse teams across different regions.
• You have a problem-solving mindset and are eager to innovate and optimize processes.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are proactive in driving impact.
• Ideally, you have experience in go-to-market strategy, training, enablement, or project management within a dynamic organization.
