The business is on an exciting journey to professionalise and embark on a buy-and-build strategy to accelerate growth. As part of this transformation, they are seeking an Interim CFO to join their team.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO in a private equity-backed business, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Strong background in M&A, with direct experience of managing acquisitions and integrations.
• A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience of professionalising finance functions.
• Experience in a buy-and-build strategy.
