Elite Executive Recruiter (LI Top 1%) | Make Hiring Human | C-Suite, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Technology |…
You didn’t become a CFO to maintain the machine.
You became one to build something better.
To bring structure where there was chaos. To make teams sharper. To help leaders make better, faster decisions.
To lead with vision—and back it up with real execution.
This is your chance to do that. In a regional role that spans North America and LATAM, you’ll shape not just how finance runs—but how the business moves. You’ll modernize systems, elevate teams, improve visibility, and help turn a good business into a great one.
It’s not simple work. You’ll navigate complexity. Make hard calls. Earn trust at every level—from local leaders to global HQ. But if you’ve been waiting for a role where you can leave a mark, drive change, and truly lead—this might be the one.
We are conducting a retained executive search on behalf of a mid-sized global healthcare manufacturing company expanding its presence in North America and Latin America (LATAM). The incoming CFO will serve as a core partner to the regional president, owning finance across the region and helping lead the business through a critical phase of growth, investment, and transformation.
This is a senior leadership role—not just over finance, but across the business. We're looking for a leader who has served as the top finance and accounting executive across multiple countries within a multinational manufacturing or healthcare organization. You’ll guide enterprise-wide initiatives, shape how teams are structured and supported, and lead with the goal of making the entire business stronger. Your work will be seen not just in dashboards and reports, but in the people you develop and the clarity you bring. You’ll have the opportunity to help a vital healthcare company operate at its best—and through that, to support products and services that truly improve lives.
What You’ll Take On
Lead all core finance areas: FP&A, accounting, compliance, audit, treasury, tax
Oversee financial operations across multiple legal entities in North America and LATAM
Partner directly with the regional president on planning, pricing, investments, and strategic decisions
Lead enterprise-wide improvement efforts, including ERP transformation, systems modernization, and business process redesign
Evaluate current team structure, identify capability gaps, and build high-performing regional finance and support teams
Redesign processes and organizations to support scale, agility, and greater accountability
Standardize reporting and internal controls while improving local autonomy and responsiveness
Collaborate across commercial, operations, IT, and shared services to improve execution and margin performance
Serve as a core member of the regional leadership team—trusted for your judgment, calm, and ability to deliver results through others
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a finance job inside a company that’s already optimized. It’s a business-building opportunity inside a region ready to grow. You’ll assess the current state, build what doesn’t exist, and help talented people do the best work of their careers. The changes you help lead won’t just impact operations—they’ll ripple out through the healthcare systems and patients this company ultimately serves.
What You Bring
15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including executive-level leadership in a multinational environment
Experience serving as the top regional finance leader across multiple countries in North America and LATAM
A track record of success in manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated, product-driven industries
Leadership experience at the business or company level of approximately $300M to $1B in annual revenue
Proven leadership of major enterprise-wide initiatives such as ERP implementation, audit remediation, shared services rollout, or process redesign
Deep technical finance capability, paired with the ability to advise, guide, and influence across functions
Experience evaluating and building teams, designing organizations, and enabling performance through people
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Willingness to relocate in the next 2–3 years as the region’s structure evolves
This is a confidential search. Company details will be shared only with qualified candidates following mutual NDA. All inquiries will be handled exclusively by the retained executive search partner. We respect your privacy and will never share your interest without your permission. Your confidentiality matters—and we’ll treat it that way.
Location: Flexible to start (Miami preferred, could also be Northeast or Southeast), with willingness to travel. Relocation will be required within 2–3 years to the company’s future North America & LATAM hub in the Southeastern U.S.
Company: Confidential global healthcare manufacturing company
