Our client is an innovative, multi-location manufacturing enterprise executing on a vigorous acquisitive/organic growth strategy. Partnership with a top-tier middle market private equity firm has positioned the business for exponential domestic expansion.
We are looking to fortify the executive team with an operationally savvy, proactive, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer who will partner with the CEO to drive growth and organizational change as this business consolidates its market leadership and further expansion in their sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving successful organic growth strategies in a complex manufacturing/distribution enterprise, as well as in driving M&A based growth strategies with rigorous integration discipline.
You will be a highly disciplined, metrics-driven change agent, with demonstrated high EQ in leading cultural transformation, particularly infusing bottom-line focused discipline and a data-driven decision-making mindset in a highly entrepreneurial and innovative environment.
