Position: Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Residential Properties

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹2 Crore

About the Role:

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will be responsible for leading and driving sales strategies for residential real estate projects, ensuring revenue targets are met, and expanding the company's market presence in Mumbai. The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in luxury and mid-segment residential property sales.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve high revenue growth for residential projects.
  • Set aggressive yet achievable sales targets and ensure team alignment.
  • Optimize pricing strategies, discounts, and promotional offers to maximize sales.
  • Leverage data analytics to track sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Ensure a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and incentive structures.
  • Train and develop sales personnel to enhance their skills and productivity.

3. Market Expansion & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand sales.
  • Establish strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and institutional investors.
  • Drive innovative sales strategies, including digital and offline marketing initiatives.

4. Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer preferences and market trends.
  • Enhance customer experience and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
  • Oversee customer grievance resolution and ensure high satisfaction levels.

5. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Provide inputs to project development based on market demand and buyer expectations.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with RERA and other regulations.


Key Requirements:

Experience & Qualification

  • 18+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving multi-crore sales targets.
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to create and execute winning sales strategies.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Relationship Management: Strong network with HNIs, investors, and brokers in Mumbai.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Mumbai’s real estate market dynamics.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
