We are looking for a dynamic GTM Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d) to lead and drive the strategic execution of our Go To Market operations for our Wholesale Team across Europe. This role will be based at our Main Showroom in Offenbach, Frankfurt, and will oversee a team of 3 Specialists. You will play a pivotal role in leading the team, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the success of our GTM strategy.
About The Job
Team Management:
Lead, develop & mentor 3 Specialists, ensuring they have clear direction, goals and development opportunities
Establish clear roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure smooth execution
Provide coaching, feedback, and regular performance check-ins to support development
Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
GTM Strategy And Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive end to end GTM strategy supporting all Sell In & Sell Out initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all key deliverables
Act as the primary liaison between GTM Sales operations and other teams, fostering strong working relationships
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes that support business goals, including internal & external events
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve GTM processes across the organization, driving efficiency and scalability
Showroom And Sample Management
Lead showroom operations, ensuring optimal setup, layout, asset management, and maintenance, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement in showroom and sample management practices to enhance sales effectiveness
Season Launches Enablement & Management
Develop & implement a 360 Approach for Campaign Launches across all tools & content
Ensure the sales team & wholesale customers are equipped with the necessary tools, content, information & marketing collateral to successfully launch the season – both digital and in store
Optimization our Digital Tools for sharing content & information
Oversee marketplace operations, ensuring accurate product catalogue management and optimization of marketplace PDP
About You

Cross-functional Collaboration – Ability to align with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Merch and other teams for seamless execution
Problem-Solving – Proactive mindset to troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions effectively
Process Improvement & Innovation – Continuously assess and refine workflows, embracing new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance efficiency
Agility in a Fast-Paced Environment – Ability to pivot strategies and operations quickly in response to business needs & demands
Experience
Proven experience in developing and executing E2E GTM strategies, including Sell-In & Sell-Out initiatives
Experience managing showroom operations, including setup, maintenance, and optimization
Proven experience leading and developing a team, with strong coaching and mentorship skills
Strong background in project management and executing initiatives with cross-functional teams
Background in sales operations, marketing, or ecommerce

This position is based in Offenbach (Frankfurt), Germany. We will also consider candidates located in key cities such as Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, and surrounding areas.
