Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Head of Sales – BFSI Domain

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or Head of Sales to spearhead our growth initiatives across the BFSI vertical, with a strong focus on the US market. This is a leadership role responsible for defining and driving the entire revenue generation process – across Value, Volume, and Velocity – while building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Own and drive the complete sales lifecycle – from strategy to execution, ensuring predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
- US Market Penetration: Leverage a deep US network to expand presence across BFSI accounts. Prior experience in engaging and converting C-level stakeholders in the US BFSI ecosystem is critical.
- Domain-Led Selling: Act as a domain thought leader; lead value-based selling across digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, and managed services for BFSI clients.
- Growth Strategy: Define and implement go-to-market strategies focusing on value (solution depth), volume (pipeline size), and velocity (deal speed).
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and scale world-class hunting and farming teams; foster a performance-driven sales culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with delivery, marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Executive Reporting: Provide timely reporting on revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and key performance indicators to the board and leadership team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 18–25 years of progressive experience in IT/ITES sales leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Sales processes and metrics (Value, Volume, Velocity).
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenues and acquiring large BFSI clients in the US market.
- Strong CxO-level connects in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Experience in selling digital services including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Domain-led solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.
