This executive position drives sustainable growth by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that integrate sales, marketing, customer experience, partnerships, and product initiatives. Leadership in this role requires deep expertise in the technical education sector, a proven ability to innovate in a competitive marketplace, and a track record of scaling revenue while optimizing business performance.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance growth across all revenue streams, including sales, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue generation and market presence
  • Create and execute a go-to-market strategy that identifies target audiences, refines messaging, and leverages optimal channels for outreach
  • Spearhead the digital transformation of sales and marketing, integrating advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and data virtualization to enhance efficiency and innovation
  • Collaborate with product and innovation teams to streamline workflows and support the development, marketing, and sales of new offerings tailored to an expanding customer base
  • Drive the strategic development and execution of a newly launched B2B sales channel, transforming it into a profitable revenue stream through sales growth, operational optimization, and key client relationship management
  • Analyze market trends, performance analytics, and campaign data to refine marketing strategies, identify growth opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge
  • Establish, monitor, and adjust revenue targets to meet overarching business objectives
  • Work closely with corporate development, education, compliance, and senior leadership teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the journey
  • Champion a mission focused on delivering transformative educational outcomes while embodying values of integrity, customer focus, and excellence.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role at an organization with annual revenue of $50 million or more, with demonstrated success in a Business-to-Many environment
  • Recent and extensive experience leading sales and marketing teams in a B2B context
  • Proven success in creating and implementing strategic plans that significantly grow revenue
