We’re looking for a high-agency, versatile Go-To-Market Generalist to join Lassie as our third GTM hire. You’ll work directly with the founders to build pipeline, close new business, and help shape our go-to-market playbook. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and wants to build something that matters.
Success looks like:
– Consistently closing new practices week over week
– Launching outbound and partnership experiments that drive qualified leads
– Iterating on messaging, onboarding, and retention based on real customer feedback
This is a high-impact, foundational role with ownership and upside — critical to scaling Lassie into our Series A and beyond.

What You'll Do:
– Own the full sales cycle: outbound, inbound, demo, close, onboarding
– Launch and test outbound campaigns via email, DMs, FB groups, and partnerships
– Collaborate with founders to refine ICP, pitch, and GTM ops
