Our client, a high-growth company in the Medical Aesthetics industry, is seeking a Vice President of Sales Operations to lead and scale their US sales force while shaping commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the US Sales Team, driving performance, new business development, and territory expansion.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Oversee CRM system rollout and optimization to enhance sales efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to ensure alignment of commercial initiatives and brand strategy.
  • Create and track performance metrics, ensuring operational excellence across all sales functions.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing Sales and Marketing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

About You:

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on sales operations and marketing strategy.
  • Background in or exposure to the Medical Aesthetics industry is essential.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling a US-based commercial team.
  • Deep operational expertise, with a strong understanding of CRM systems, process improvement, and performance analytics.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—comfortable moving from boardroom to field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative leadership style.
