Chief Financial Officer

We are hiring for our client who is a leading home appliances manufacturing company recognized for its innovation and product excellence.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

He/she shall be accountable for the following:

 Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives. Overlooking the Cash flow management, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity and financial structuring exposure and knowledge

 Lead the Investors relations initiatives

 Represent company in efforts with investment bankers and investors and interface with the banking institutions for long term and short term loans, interface with lending financial institutions, Reserve Bank of India and other state and central government institution.

 Sourcing funds at domestic as well as international level through equity, private players, hedge funds, debt etc. as per group’s requirements.

 Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

 Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company

 Develop Tax Strategy to minimize tax liability; liaise with Tax Consultants and Advisors for tax optimization.

 Prepare various analyses and reports required by corporate development efforts.

 Introducing and implementing systems and procedures, strong internal controls. Monitor cash flows on a regular basis and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability of funds; continuously review the status of all receivables

 Responsible for Legal in addition to Finance

 Part of apex management team to conduct business reviews and advise to increase efficiencies

Candidate must possess the following capabilities:-

 Should have handled a team

 The ability to visualize and create business model to extend and mature the business architecture

 Must have a strong network with bankers, financial institutions

 Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels internally as well as externally

 Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
