Chief Financial Officer

Our client in the Columbia Metro area is seeking a CFO for their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities of the organization
• Support the financial planning and strategic analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits, reporting, financial analysis
• Oversee AP, AR, Finance, Facilities & Credit & Collections,
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage risk and develop risk management policies
• Oversee tax filings and audit reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a CFO
• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
• CPA strongly preferred
• Bachelors Degree required (Masters Preferred)
• Construction, Home Services or Manufacturing background preferred
