Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Sandwich, MA (will relo closer to city of Boston by end of 2026)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Company Size: $25M Revenue

Stage: Growth-Stage, Recently Secured First Institutional Capital

BCS Finance is working with a bullish sponsor in their search for a CFO. The role will be a very hands-on role where they will take part in scaling operations, leading the business through their M&A strategy

The ideal candidate will have the following experience.

• CPA or Previous Public Accounting background
• Experience working in a PE Environment
• M&A
• Multi-Site
• Experience working with banks and lenders
• Good mix of accounting & fp&a experience
• High energy, willingness to roll up sleeves
• Willing to be in office (1 hour south of Boston) or willing to relocate
