What You'll Own And Drive
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the firm's rapid expansion.
Serve as the financial architect, ensuring every dollar is optimized for profitability and growth.
Analyze marketing strategies and case data to maximize revenue potential.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Lead financial modeling and forecasting to empower informed business decisions.
Provide insights on cash flow, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Oversee firm financing, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
Financial Operations & Compliance
Streamline and enhance financial policies, procedures, and reporting.
Ensure IOLTA accounting compliance and oversee payroll, benefits, and HR functions.
Optimize AccountingSeed and Paylocity systems to improve efficiency.
Guide firm partners with clear, data-backed financial insights.
Lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Drive process improvements that enhance productivity and profitability.
What You Bring To The Table
Master's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
5+ years of financial leadership experience in fast-scaling companies.
Deep expertise in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and IOLTA (or similar) accounting.
Proficiency in AccountingSeed & Paylocity (or similar financial platforms).
Experience in professional services or law firm finance? That's a huge plus.
Exceptional leadership & communication skills —you translate numbers into strategy.
Unshakable confidence in your data —you don't just report the numbers; you drive action.
