HTT Safety is seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Sales & Operations to join our leadership team and work closely with the Founder to scale and strengthen our growing business. This pivotal role blends high-level sales leadership with operational oversight, making it ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building high-performance teams and systems.

As the Director, you will lead the sales function, support daily operations, and be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of HTT Safety. You’ll be working across departments—sales, marketing, graphics, and logistics—to drive execution, efficiency, and growth, while maintaining our strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with the Founder to implement strategic initiatives and support the long-term vision of the company
  • Oversee and coach a team of dedicated sales representatives, driving performance, accountability, and growth
  • Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing plan, working in collaboration with the internal graphics and marketing team
  • Take ownership of sales operations, including order workflow, team coordination, process improvement, and delivery performance
  • Identify and pursue large contract and tender opportunities, providing expert guidance from prospecting to closing
  • Lead CRM optimization, ensuring accurate reporting, customer tracking, and opportunity management
  • Improve website functionality and user experience in collaboration with the web and operations teams
  • Support supply chain planning and customer forecasting, ensuring inventory readiness and responsiveness
  • Represent HTT Safety at key industry trade shows, identifying trends, networking, and building the company’s brand presence
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership or operations management role, ideally at a director level
  • Background in the safety or industrial supply sector is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer meetings, and supplier visits
