The successful candidate will help LinkedIn develop infrastructure business operations and execute plans for Global Operations organization. They will gather, analyze, and organize information in effort to continuously identify ways to improve LinkedIn’s cost to serve members and employees. They will track IT asset procurement processes, examine performance, spot opportunities, identify risks, look for novel solutions, and develop creative action plans within Infrastructure Business Engineering organization. The candidate will focus on both long-term decisions and the prioritization of short-term actions.



Responsibilities


Integrate budget with procure-to-pay processes and systems to ensure all purchases and payments link to financial plan

Accurate purchase requisitions entries with appropriate budget and project mapping, precise GL coding

Partner with Finance to track, analyze, and report actual expenses against budget plans and work with internal IBE teams to review and reconcile differences - Assist team in procurement related activities as needed.

Enable procurement services to the organization, Provide recommendations on all procurement related issues, plans, reports, trainings and metrics

Manage high ticket volume and large, complex PR entries along with maintaining good vendor relations.

Manage order changes with suppliers and perform accurate change orders in Financial system.

Support and maintain the policies, procedures, and quality of our procurement processes

Identify and drive efficiency in procurement and Supply chain processes.

Check order confirmations for accuracy, compliance and provide timely resolutions to any discrepancies .

Work with Supplier, Contracts and Payments Teams to ensure the E2E smooth flow of process

Support and actively participate in critical global supply chain management and procurement initiative projects.

Maintaining spend analytics tools and actively enriching data to provide more effective categorization of spend

Enhance the Procurement Programs to include financial and risk-related supplier analysis.


Basic Qualifications
B.S./ B.B.M/ M.B.A. / B.E. in Supply chain background or in technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience
7+Year experience in multinational companies under IT Org working with vendors and internal stakeholders: Financial (AP)
3+ years of experience in procurement operations, Accounts payable operations & complete Procure to Pay cycle
2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budget management, and product/service costing, preferably related to infrastructure operation

Preferred Qualifications
Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills + experience in Power BI reporting or any other BI reporting
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, ERP systems – Oracle/ Coupa/ Zip /Service Now /Jira & others
Working knowledge of financial concepts such as capital & operational expenses, depreciation & amortization, accrual, fixed assets, cost center, chart of accounts, inventory function etc.
General knowledge of procure-to-pay process – purchase requisition & order, pricing & quotes, invoice & payments
Ability to drive change with process improvement and the system definition
Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies such as datacenter, network, system, storage, voice & video, end-user computing, and enterprise IT systems
Strong customer relationship management
Experience in operating within large, complex environments, with a firm knowledge of organizational dynamics
Analytical, organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage time well
Able to work independently, under pressure and supporting different time zones
Ability to work with remote teams in a global organization & Be a good Team player

Suggested Skills:

- Working with vendors and internal stakeholders: Financial (AP)
- Procurement operations, Accounts payable operations & complete Procure to Pay cycle
- Financial planning & analysis, budget management, and product/service costing, preferably related to infrastructure operation
