Assist Product Managers in overseeing the entire lifecycle management of B2C networking products and smart home devices, driving commercial success in target markets through GTM strategies.
I. Core GTM Responsibilities
- Market Entry Strategy Design
• Assist in developing end-to-end product launch plans, including market selection, pricing strategies (channel/promotional/regional pricing structures), channel planning, and promotion timelines
• Conduct deep analysis of UK/Ireland market demands to identify product differentiation points (e.g., technical advantages/scenario-based solutions)
• Develop competitive benchmarking models and produce sales toolkits (product USPs/KSPs, competitive comparison guides, user case libraries)
• Lead GTM processes by aligning resources across R&D, supply chain, marketing, and sales departments (e.g., marketing strategies, campaign scheduling)
• Design product training systems covering technical parameter explanations, scenario-based sales guides, and potential after-sales issue avoidance
• Coordinate with HQ for product localization (e.g., firmware version iterations, packaging compliance verification)
