Revenue Operations Manager - HubSpot

Steadman Hub are the UK's leading HubSpot recruitment agency and we have partnered with a global events business, who are looking to hire a Revenue Operations Manager into the team, to lead on all of their Sales and Marketing efforts across the business.

This role would be perfect for someone who would like to join a large business and have the exposure working across various brands within the business.

Job title: Rev Ops Manager

Location: London (3x a week travel into the office)

Salary: up to £65,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of HubSpot to align with revenue-generating activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless data flow within HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance metrics, providing insights to improve revenue operations.
• Create and manage lead scoring models, ensuring efficient lead management and routing.
• Train and support teams on best practices for using HubSpot and other relevant tools to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance productivity and revenue generation.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to processes and systems to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-4 years experience working as a HubSpot Manager or HubSpot Consultant/Solutions Architect.
• Deep understanding of the Full Suite of HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
• HubSpot certifications or relevant training is a plus.
