In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and improving the efficiency of our sales operations through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and support the achievement of sales goals. Your analytical skills and strategic mindset will help optimize processes, drive sales insights, and contribute to overall business growth. This position will report to the Head of Strategic Planning & Analysis and work closely with the North American Sales division at Yooz.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for sales teams and management.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecast accuracy, and reporting consistency.
• Prepare sales presentation materials on a recurring (weekly forecasts, QBRs, monthly reviews) and ad-hoc basis.
• Lead recurring sales operations meetings to improve performance (i.e. opportunities lost and abandoned, win/loss analysis, etc.)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance sales efficiency.
• Drive initiatives to improve data quality and support related projects in the future (i.e. building a data warehouse and deploying data visualization tools).
