Base pay range

£140,000.00/yr - £170,000.00/yr

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Revenue Officer to steer and enhance revenue growth within the Software sector. This individual will be instrumental in the creation and execution of the commercial strategy.

As a high growth SME SAAS business with an international presence, they have developed a strong reputation in the market and the CRO presents a fantastic opportunity to help their next growth phase.

Description

As their Chief Revenue Officer, responsibilities will include:

  • Devise and and implement strategic plans to grow the company's revenue through both new business aquisition and customer growth
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators for revenue generation
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and partners in the Manufacturing sector
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams
  • Oversee customer success initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention
  • Play a key role in the hiring and development of resources in high growth areas
  • Development of people through value based selling techniques
  • Working with Marketing to ensure plans support growth plans
  • Oversee revenue operations, ensuring all processes are operating efficiently
  • Collaborate with the SLT team to enhance overall business strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Profile

As the successful Chief Revenue Officer, you should have:

  • The ability to demonstrate how you have scaled an SME IT technology business
  • Proven experience in a similar role for an internationally focused SME software/SAAS business
  • Ideally knowledge of both the US, UK and European manufacturing markets
  • A background in successfully creating and executing a commercial strategy plan that has resulted in YOY growth
  • Experience across direct sales, partnership sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • A willingness to travel internationally, working remotely in UK, Europe or East Coast US
  • A deep understanding selling technology solutions into the Manufacturing sector on a global scale
