£140,000.00/yr - £170,000.00/yr

Description
As their Chief Revenue Officer, responsibilities will include:
Devise and and implement strategic plans to grow the company's revenue through both new business aquisition and customer growth
Establish and maintain key performance indicators for revenue generation
Develop relationships with potential clients and partners in the Manufacturing sector
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams
Oversee customer success initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention
Play a key role in the hiring and development of resources in high growth areas
Development of people through value based selling techniques
Working with Marketing to ensure plans support growth plans
Oversee revenue operations, ensuring all processes are operating efficiently
Collaborate with the SLT team to enhance overall business strategies
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Profile
As the successful Chief Revenue Officer, you should have:
The ability to demonstrate how you have scaled an SME IT technology business
Proven experience in a similar role for an internationally focused SME software/SAAS business
Ideally knowledge of both the US, UK and European manufacturing markets
A background in successfully creating and executing a commercial strategy plan that has resulted in YOY growth
Experience across direct sales, partnership sales and marketing
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
A willingness to travel internationally, working remotely in UK, Europe or East Coast US
A deep understanding selling technology solutions into the Manufacturing sector on a global scale
