Strategic Leadership

SEC Reporting & Compliance

• Stay current on financial regulatory changes and implement updates when needed.

Operational Financial Management

• Monitor key financial KPIs such as cost management, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead cash flow management, investment activities, and debt management.

Manufacturing Industry Expertise

• Drive cost improvement initiatives by establishing strong financial controls across manufacturing plants and operations.
• Collaborate with plant managers and operational leadership to implement inventory management and production cost strategies.

Risk Mitigation & Audit Oversight

• Identify and manage business risks related to financial operations and manufacturing expenditures.

Stakeholder Communication

• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to executives, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders (Source: RH Acronym Guide, "Executive Engagement").
• Build relationships with investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of senior financial leadership experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven expertise in SEC reporting standards, including successful management of regulatory filings.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, pricing models, and process efficiencies.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial tools for budgeting and reporting.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a collaborative mindset.
