The Role

As our Business Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our mortgage sales' strategic, tactical, financial, and business goals. You'll manage and nurture relationships with our business partners. Here's what you'll be diving into:

  • Growth Driver: Propel mortgage lending growth, shape strategy, and execute our vision and mission for the Mortgage Sales team.
  • Innovator: Identify and propose business cases for new technologies and processes that enhance the experience for customers, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Team Supporter: Assist the Mortgages and Commercial Lending sales and support teams in hitting their business targets.
  • Compliance know-how: Ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Risk Management: Embed a structured risk management framework and maintain alignment with the Pepper Risk Community.


About You

We're on the lookout for someone who sees the big picture and can communicate our continuous improvement strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Here's what we're after:

  • Experienced Pro: Proven experience in mortgage operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Leader: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
  • Sales Expert: Extensive experience in lending sales operations and leadership.
  • Product Owner: Hands-on experience in managing a financial product suite from start to finish.
  • Industry Savvy: Deep knowledge of the lending market and industry trends.
