Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst maintains focus on achieving strategic total enterprise OTIF (On-time in full) and revenue targets as a critical partner to Sales and internal stakeholders (including Sales, Retail Services, Go-to-Market, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Operations and others). The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail and analytical skills to this role, and is a leader and team player who is highly motivated to seek solutions and excels working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You must be open to taking on new challenges, embracing the company culture, and building strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Macro-level order book analysis and management
  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and make recommendations for efficiencies across cross-functional work streams
  • Understand and support quality order intake initiatives
  • Seasonal and in-season order file hand offs and drop reporting
  • Support Hot Market (Playoff and Special Event) order intake strategy, processes and execution
  • Optimize use of sales tools and enforce best practices through continuous improvement. Develop and implement new initiatives (ie., tools, process, assets, reporting) that accelerate the productivity of the sales team
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and Key Programs for Sales that contribute to Fanatics strategic and revenue plans
  • Liaison between Sales and internal operations stakeholders such as Warehouse/Production teams, Planning, Retail Services to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Use BI data to drive decision-making and communication around order book & onboard sales team to all BI features for self-serve reporting
  • Ability to influence and communicate important feedback from Sales and customers to internal cross functional teams

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Sales Operations, Retail Services, Planning or similar experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Licensed sports industry knowledge and/or experience highly desired
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, proficient with Microsoft applications
  • MicroStrategy or other data querying tool experience required
  • Sales Force or other CRM system experience preferred
  • Expert level analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong professional and proactive communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, solid written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure
  • Positive attitude with flexibility and adapts quickly to change
