The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the daily allocation of orders for wholesale accounts. They will also monitor holds, delays, and shortages while communicating those updates to the Sales team. This role supports our intimates business working with leading brands and retailers.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily allocations of all wholesale accounts for BR Intimates
  • Work with the warehouse to make sure they are routing/shipping purchase orders with the appropriate time frame
  • Ensure EDI customer orders are analyzed & recapped to sales within 24 hours of EDI receipt
  • Ensure all hard copy (non-EDI) customer purchase orders are systematically entered correctly (ship windows are aligned with incoming inventory, pricing on purchase orders matches what we have in our system, units are in full case cartons, etc.) and recapped to sales in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer price tickets are ordered and that factory purchase orders align with the customer purchase orders
  • Create holds for customer orders at the beginning of the season to monitor inventory and cross-check/deplete holds as each EDI order comes in
  • Work closely with internal teams (Design, Production, Sales, Warehouse, Imports, Finance) & external teams (Buyers, Vendor Operations/Compliance, Retail Ticketing Suppliers)
  • Track incoming factory purchase orders and ensure the in-warehouse dates are aligned with customer orders/deliveries
  • Analyze customer purchase order fill rates and actively problem-solve for shortages/delayed product
  • Oversee all buyer inquiries regarding PO status updates/ship window shift requests and ensure they are being attended to in a timely manner
  • Work within all customer portals
  • Assist in the development/improvements of reporting and processes amongst internal & external teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Wholesale, Sales Operations, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and teamworking skills


Annual salary range starting at $70,000


The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
