In This Role, You Will

  • Assist with data collection & calibration for forecasting & quota management
  • Assist with the creation and ongoing management of Sales quotas and territories
  • Assist with quota and territory insights across both Event and Hospitality Cloud
  • Work with the CRM team to recommend & coordinate for process changes as it relates to quota and territory management
  • Create detailed documentation for Event Cloud quota management, bookings, and commissions processes.

Here's What You Need

  • Knowledge of advanced excel & experience with CRM like Salesforce preferred
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Must have strong project management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment. Will be responsible for projects related to territory and quota management, which involve multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment but also exercise and act upon independent judgement
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Strong ability to work under tight deadlines and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment
