A well-funded Series B payments company, processing over $800M in annual payment volume and growing 150% year-over-year, is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy of the organisation. Fresh off a successful funding round, they're scaling their platform and need an experienced payments leader to drive the next phase of growth.
Your Role:
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, driving financial strategy, risk management, and long-term planning.
Own FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
Lead capital strategy, including fundraising, investor relations, and M&A evaluation.
Optimize business unit economics, pricing models, and revenue architecture to support sustainable profitability.
Drive finance team scaling, systems implementation, and operational rigor across the organization.
Oversee compliance, accounting, audit, and treasury functions, ensuring financial integrity.
Represent the company in board meetings and with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of finance leadership experience, with a track record as CFO or VP of Finance at a high-growth FinTech, payments, or SaaS company.
Deep expertise in strategic finance, financial operations, capital markets, and investor relations.
Demonstrated success in scaling finance organizations through Series B+ and beyond.
Experience navigating venture-backed growth environments and managing relationships with institutional investors.
Sharp financial acumen paired with strong business judgment and a collaborative, execution-oriented mindset.
