Ikon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing, technology-driven organization. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a finance executive with a strong accounting foundation and prior experience as a Controller. The CFO will be instrumental in building and optimizing financial operations to support our continued growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Build and implement scalable accounting processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making and long-term company goals.
• Manage and enhance the company’s NetSuite ERP system to improve financial reporting and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes in accordance with GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, improve cost controls, and support operational improvements.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, audit processes, and financial policies to support future growth.
• Act as a key strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team, delivering financial insights to inform business and investment decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team focused on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure the company’s financial health and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required); master’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including prior experience as a Controller.
• Demonstrated success building and improving financial processes and systems in a high-growth or technology-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems—particularly implementation, customization, and automation (NetSuite preferred).
• Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights and actions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning finance with broader business goals.
